There will be a choice of discovery ateliers each morning, on different styles and types of repertoire.

How can i sign up?

If you participate in a long atelier, you can join the discovery ateliers during your other free days. You can also sign up for the festival for one, two or more days and apply to participate in one or more discovery ateliers.

Where can I find the programme?

The discovery ateliers list will be published on the festival website in February 2012, and it will be diverse, since many conductors will offer their expertise. We will also follow two red threads. One is the world of vocal techniques, related to genre and to the singers’ age, with special attention to vocal health and good warm-up; among different styles we will focus especially on folk music, hosting different Italian regions and different European traditions. Another main subject will be the relationship between choirs and technology (audio and video recordings, amplification, computers…) with a look at the way choirs present themselves in the 21st century (staging, making a programme, new media, innovative concepts).
