Brusson is a small town in the Valle D'Aosta, with the typical alpine features made of conifers and pastures. In the Middle Ages, those territories were part of the feudal system. The monks were the first ones to deal with the administration and the cultivation of the land. The first villagers arrived in the first years of the Twentieth Century, a movement that was interrupted by the war. Brusson was equipped with ski resorts and accommodation facilities for tourism after the war. Even in Brusson you can find a castle, located on a hill, the fourteen chapels located throughout the municipality and the church of San Maurizio.
