Piazzale Valdo Fusi
Piazza Valdo Fusi
Already known in the mid-eighteenth century as “city block of the Crucifix”, it acquired importance thanks to the buildings that surrounded the square’s perimeter, before being destroyed by the World War II bombardments. Once the peace was restored and the recovery projects were realised, today the Chamber of Commerce offices, a conference center and a hotel are facing on the Piazzale. The underground parking has been designed to give lightness and functionality to the square, that is an important cultural hub for its centrality and for being the renowned home of the Jazz Club Association.
