Your registration is only valid with the payment of € 100 per person as a deposit by November 30th, 2011.
The second payment, calculated to reach 50% of the total fee (including accommodation and meals) must be made not after March 31st, 2012, following the atelier assignment.
The balance of the remaining 50% of the total must be paid by May 31, 2012.
If you fail to pay your balance by May 31st, 2012, your place in the atelier cannot be kept free for you and the places in the accommodation cannot be reserved further. It will be possible to pay online by credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card involves commissions.
Cancellation terms
If you cancel your registration before March 31st, 2012, the payment of € 100 as a deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel between March 31st, 2012, and May 31st, 2012, the payment of 50% of the total cost, including costs of accommodation and meals, will not be refunded.
If you cancel after May 31st, 2012, all what you paid will be retained.
These terms apply irrespective of the reasons for cancellation. We suggest that you take out insurance to cover this risk.
