30^th November 2011 for ateliers A, B, C, D (ateliers for choirs and singers, 4 to 8 days long)
For those applying after 30^th November 2011, there will be a € 20 price rise on the participation fees, there will be no guarantee for being accepted in one of the ateliers of your choice and accommodation may possibly not be provided as originally agreed by the festival.

31^st December 2011 for uploading the audition material on the application form (atelier C) or sending it to the festival Music office

25^th January 2012 for atelier E (Europa Cantat Chamber Choir)

31^st January 2012 for YEMP (Youth Event Management Programme)

You do not have to consider these deadlines for the Composers’ and Conductors’ programme and for the discovery ateliers!
