Three workshops of the European Choral Association-Europa Cantat, the European choir federation, will be held at Circolo dei Lettori. The general theme of this workshop morning is singing through generations. The Finnish Matti Hyökki will make the first introductory speech “Intergenerational singing”. Participants will then be divided into three parallel working groups which will tackle different aspects of this interesting topic:
- Phonosurgery and Voice Therapy with Andrea Ricci Maccarini
- Singing with different age groups with Marleen Annemans and Thorsten Weber
- Singing with 50+ with Jonathan Rathbone

Torino has been chosen for this important European meeting as the big festival Europa Cantat XVIII will take place here from 27th July to 5th August 2012.
