E1 Europa Cantat Chamber Choir

Are you a talented singer?

Do you have a lot of choir experience and are you interested in improving your skills, especially on choral music of the 20th and 21st century?

Would you like to have an unforgettable choral experience?

What about singing in the most important choral festival in Europe?

If you are aged between 18 and 30, then the Europa Cantat Chamber Choir is something for you! The festival wants to bring talented young singers from all over Europe and beyond together, to form a highly qualified mixed chamber choir under the guidance of a very wellknown American conductor. The project will take place during the Festival Europa Cantat from July 27th to August 5th 2012. You will stay, together with your fellow singers, in Torino and play an important role in the festival. You will work on a challenging contemporary repertoire, including the world premiere of a piece especially commissioned for this choir from the Finnish composer Jakko Mäntyjärvi.
