He is a singer, composer and vocal ensemble teacher, born 1963 in Stockholm, Sweden.
From 1984 to 2010, he was a member of the world renowned a cappella group The Real Group and made over 2000 concerts all over the world.
With The Real Group, Peder had over 2000 concerts, made 16 CDs, gave numerous TV performances and won a couple of Grammy awards.
Peder is now project leader of The Real Group’s educational and internet activities; The Real Group Academy and The Real Group Festival in Stockholm; August 16-19 2012.
Since February 2011 Peder has been appointed the Artistic Director of the XXL vocal group "Perpetuum Jazzile", Slovenia.
Peder graduated in 1989 from The Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm with a master's degree in vocal group performance.
At the same time his major studies was classical composition and arranging.
He has given seminars on arranging at the Royal College of Music, Stockholm, the College of Music in Piteå and in Göteborg, Sweden, and at Bundesakademie, Wolfenbüttel, Germany.
He has also taught vocal ensembles in music colleges and at music festivals around the world.
Vocal groups that he has worked with, apart from Perpetuum Jazzile, include Rajaton (Finland), The Idea Of North (Australia), MaybeBop (Germany), Basta (Germany), and The Swingle Singers (England).
